Jon ve a ProHouseKeepers como una compañía de tecnología mas que una compañía de limpieza ya que los empleados son personas de marketing y operaciones. No tienen empleados que hagan limpiezas. Solo usan contratistas.
Gran parte del secreto de ProHouseKeepers fue el acortar el tiempo en que un posible cliente pueda hacer una cita, saber el costo de limpieza y hable con alguien de la compañía.
